The Post-Appointment Department is responsible for everything that happens after an IVA or Debt Management Plan is approved. Its purpose is to ensure each client successfully maintains their plan, creditors receive the correct payments, and the case remains compliant throughout its lifecycle.

Once a client’s IVA or Debt Management Plan is formally approved,
their journey moves into the Post-Appointment stage. This is where long-term support, payment monitoring, creditor interaction, and compliance take place to ensure the smooth running of the client's agreement.
